Last week, the Council of Canadians asked for urgent feedback from Canadian on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), as the new Liberal government, under the leadership (really?) of Justin Trudeau, will be shutting the door to public comment on this horrible deal on June 30 – less than a month from today…
According to the Council, more than 5,000 Canadians jumped in to fill out their national survey and give their opinions on what the Council of Canadians should do next to stop the TPP.
Respondents said loud and clear that:
- They believe the TPP will harm them, their community and our country;
- They want Prime Minister Trudeau to reject the TPP altogether;
- They want the Council of Canadians to pull out all the stops in these final days to drive thousands of Canadians to flood the government with comments before it shuts the door on June 30.
